Wood Installation Start to Finish

Step 1
Remove All Furniture.

Remove Existing Carpet or other Floor Covering.

Remove Existing Tile.

Step 4
Prep the floor for the installation.

Step 5
Inspect surface for proper level.
|

Step 6
Prep floorboards for seamless transitions.

Step 7
Begin laying wood in a staggered pattern.
|

Step 8
Cut wood to length to get a flush fit against all walls and to assure a consistent staggered pattern.

Step 9
Lay furniture and other heavy objects on recently glued wood, tape wood together to keep the wood as close together as possible and to create full adherence to glue during the curing process.

Step 10
Caulk edges to create seamless look to floors.
|
|
Step 11
Cut to fit and install transition pieces to transition two different surfaces.
