At Only Wood Floors, hardwood flooring isn't one of the things we do.

It's ALL we do.

We've been specializing in hardwood floors since 1984, serving homeowners throughout Orange County and Southern California.

For more than 40 years, we've refinished, repaired, restored and installed just about every type of hardwood floor imaginable—from newer engineered and solid hardwood floors to oak floors that have been in homes for 50, 75, even 100 years.

And we've learned something over those four decades:

A damaged or outdated hardwood floor doesn't necessarily need to be replaced.

Sometimes it just needs someone who knows what they're looking at.

Brian Adams founded the company in 1984, and today his daughter Danielle Adams, a licensed California contractor — Lic# 1110184 , continues that tradition.

Brian remains actively involved in the business, bringing more than four decades of hardwood flooring experience to the company while helping Danielle continue building Only Wood Floors for the next generation.

That combination gives our customers something that's becoming increasingly difficult to find:

Old-school experience combined with a new generation committed to carrying it forward.

We're not interested in becoming the biggest flooring company in California.
