This family owned and operated business was started by Brian Adams, who was born and raised in North Carolina, where Brian started working in the hardwood flooring industry at age 16. Two years later, when he moved to Southern California, Brian continued to expand his knowledge of Hardwood Flooring in Anaheim. By working with many of Anaheim’s best hardwood flooring companies, Brian was able to master the art of hardwood flooring. No tile or carpet here. It’s been over 30 years now, and Only Wood Floors is still a thriving business. Today, Only Wood Floors serves most of the Southern California region, including: Irvine, Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Tustin, Orange County, Anaheim, Cerritos, Long Beach, Riverside, Downey, Whittier, and La Habra.

Brian is first and foremost a family man. He and his lovely wife Blanca have been together for over 26 years and they have two beautiful daughters. Briana, is a composer, singer, songwriter, multi instrumentalist who’s about to start graduate school in pursuit of her doctorate’s degree. Then there’s Danielle, a sweet homeschooled 8th grader who’s an artist, dancer and lover of all things (really, she loves everything). Brian not only appreciates the artistry of restoring the beauty of an old wood floor but he is truly grateful for the amazing life that wood flooring allows him to provide his family.

One of Brian’s other passions is martial arts. Though he has spent most of his early mornings for over 30 years heading to the next flooring project, he has spent the same 30 years dedicated to learning, training and teaching martial arts. He is a 8th degree black belt who shares his knowledge with anyone who wants it. He has taught everything from children’s classes to women’s self defense seminars as well as provided training for the LAPD. Brian brings his martial arts discipline and dedication to every job and believes that you are only as great as your last project.
